Exploring the Knowledge Domain of Risk Management in Prefabricated Construction

Risks hinder the role of prefabricated construction (PC) in promoting automation. Although existing research has focused on risk management (RM) PC, lack a global perspective affected effectiveness RM. Accordingly, this paper adopts scientometric analysis to review knowledge domain RM PC. A total 144 articles were selected from Scopus database for journal citation analysis, document co-citation and keyword co-occurrence analysis. The results show that since 2011, annual publications an overall upward trend. International Journal Construction Management, Building Engineering, Buildings have been cited more frequently recently. PC research, environmental sustainability ergonomic provide solid foundation Existing studies are conducted five themes, namely, Supply chain industry, Decision optimization, Safety health, Environment overheating, Investment cost. Further, current content, future needs, strategies practices discussed. This study helps stimulate further promising enhance practice.
